As a certified therapist, I offer personalized counseling services centered around Talk Therapy. I specialize in addressing a wide range of issues including behaviour patterns, relationship management, overcoming fears and self-doubts, managing limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns, letting go of toxic relationships, building self-confidence and motivation, navigating feelings of shame or guilt, career guidance, breaking negative behaviour patterns, and handling workplace harassment, whether it’s physical, mental, or emotional.
Talk Therapy, the primary method I employ, is a collaborative process that involves attending to the client’s concerns, responding with empathy and insight, personalizing the approach to suit individual needs, initiating productive conversations, and evaluating progress together.
It’s important to emphasize that this process is a two-way street, requiring active involvement and cooperation from both the counselee and the counsellor. Whether it’s a one-time session for basic advice or multiple sessions aimed at achieving specific outcomes, the duration of each therapy session is set at 45 minutes.
