Promoter to Women Empowerment

Am not a feminist, and have worked all my life in a man’s world, but the patriarchal approach towards women does not allow me to accept it.

It is not about gender it is about human beings who need to be treated fair and just, by being kind and respectful.

It is not about giving special treatment it is about being fair as per competence.

But as a woman, I have gone through my challenges and have witnessed many other women around with similar experiences.

As a privileged woman well raised by my parents, I had access to proper education and the freedom to choose my career over marriage and family, how many women in our country can have this freedom of choice? Therefore as a woman who has made her way on her terms, unapologetically, it becomes a moral responsibility at my end to support sisterhood with their challenges, especially in the workplace.

I voice for those silent women who cannot voice for themselves by themselves and I work towards empowering them to be able to communicate with a clear intention of nowhereputting down the other gender but to be able to respect themselves.

Also counselling in being emotionally empowered and ways to be self-sufficient.
