Trauma healer

Even while I write about trauma I can feel the emotions as I have gone through it, and I understand the feelings attached to it.

Am an extremely compassionate human being, which also reflects in my profession as a healer.

The many stages one goes through can be very painful, lonely, frightening, loss of hope, trust issues, insomnia, loss of appetite, anxiety, battling with daily functioning, suppressed feelings, a high state of emotional imbalance, unpleasant memories flashing back, and wherein we are not being able to communicate or ask for help.

You are just looking for that one hand and hope to bring you out of it.

Trauma healing is not a linear process but a circular one, which means healing happens after a series of failures yet the challenge is we need to emerge a little bit stronger with each encounter.

Although have written in detail about it in my debut book, I have also shared a video on it.

To bring emotional safety and comfort to my client will be my first step towards healing, by bringing a sense of worth and hope to create a stage of preparedness for the journey to begin, by knowing it will be very hard to walk through the dark tunnel but I assure you, there is bright light waiting for you at the end of the tunnel.

Only you can change your current state of being and I work towards empowering you to get your power back by believing in yourself.

This is a long procedure therefore in the initial stage therapy sessions will be at close intervals, and will gradually reduce as we keep moving ahead, even the sessions will keep moving between online and one-on-one in-person.

Do take the first step to reach out for help and everything will fall into place, don’t suffer alone, take professional help from any therapist but do make that first move.
