Employee Emotional Wellbeing Coach
To bring awareness towards the importance of employee's emotional well-being in the workplace.
Emotional intelligence can help employees develop self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and interpersonal skills, enhancing their ability to manage emotions and navigate workplace relationships effectively.
By Emotional well-being we can create a safe environment in the workplace that fosters a sense of progress and personal fulfilment, enhancing employee satisfaction.
Effective Leadership sets the tone for the work environment. Managers and supervisors who prioritize empathy, open communication, and support for their employees create a conducive atmosphere for emotional well-being.
The actual shift starts with awareness and that’s where I want to bring attention by constantly promoting this concept Although its benefits have been visible in small ways by those who know its importance from my talks on social media, well the only purpose behind it is the well-being of employees be it through the body of my work or by the work of others, for me having credibility is more valuable than receiving credit as Credibility is built over time, credit is short-lived.
Have studied the team’s emotions very closely during different phases of their work life, along with highs and lows in the workplace, and how these emotions affect their performance is known to me, incorporating my understanding of team emotions and their impact on workplace performance with my psychological practice can be highly beneficial for helping employees navigate through various challenges and achieve behavioural changes.
